Building 27 Parade of Homes houses is a point of pride for me. These events aren’t just about showcasing fancy finishes or innovative designs. They’re about raising the bar on what quality construction looks like and educating the community. By participating, we inspire potential homebuyers and support charitable causes through ticket sales and raffles.

The Parade of Homes has a significant community impact. It educates the public about what constitutes quality construction and design, allowing thousands of visitors to explore the possibilities available in custom homes. Beyond showcasing our work, these events support the Home Builders Association’s various programs, many of which are aimed at benefiting the local community.

Moreover, inviting students from trades programs to tour my Parade homes extends the educational reach. It opens young eyes to the real-world skills and creativity involved in building a home, possibly sparking interest in future careers.

Being part of the Parade is about contributing to the community conversation on quality housing, not just marketing. If you’re interested in building with San Antonio’s most recognized Parade builder, I’m always here to discuss your specific vision and needs.
