Parade of Homes: Showcasing Quality and Building Community

SHARE

I’ve built 27 Parade of Homes houses in San Antonio, more than any other builder. Why? Because these events aren’t just about showcasing a builder’s work. They shine a light on quality construction, inspire potential homebuyers, and often support charities through ticket sales and raffles.

When I participate in a Parade of Homes, it’s about community impact. These events educate the public about what quality construction looks like and expose thousands of people to the possibilities of custom home design. Beyond that, they support homebuilder association programs that benefit the community, creating events that bring people together.

We often invite students from trade programs to tour our Parade homes, extending the educational value. This firsthand experience provides a real-world perspective that strengthens their skills and inspires the next generation of builders.

Participating in the Parade of Homes is about being part of a community conversation focused on quality housing. It’s my way of contributing to a better understanding of what’s possible in homebuilding. If you’re considering building a custom home, give me a call at (210) 490-0069.
