Home Warranty Request

Mike Hollaway Custom Homes furnishes a full builder warranty for one year, two years for the mechanical systems of your home including the electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, with a structural warranty provided by StrucSure Home Warranty for ten years. 

The one-year builder warranty includes all non-cosmetic repairs to the functioning systems of the new home. Warranty requests are submitted in writing with a brief description of the warranty need. We are dedicated to our homeowners throughout the warranty period and will work to get the repairs done in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer.

StrucSure Home Warranty extends the builder warranty from the third year through the tenth year for structural failure of the home including the foundation, framing and roof structure. At closing, homeowners will receive a booklet explaining in detail the coverage provided by both warranties.
